ABOUT US

US Modules is a solar panel manufacturing facility installed in Texas, US with an annual capacity of 1 GWp. The factory operates around the clock with full automation, facilitated by robots.

We aspire to establish partnerships built on trust with all of our customers and projects.

OUR STORY

CIG, a family office, powers US Modules, and together we have a strong desire to create sustainable, long-lasting, and environmentally friendly projects. US Modules has a renewable energy goal of having 5GW of renewable power in its portfolio by 2027. To accomplish this, CIG collaborates closely with our team and partners to acquire, develop, and finance renewable energy initiatives.

Meeting the United States' energy demands with renewables would necessitate harnessing over four terawatts of power, equivalent to 4,000,000 megawatts. This ambitious target would entail deploying solar farms across more than 22,000 square miles, an area roughly the size of Connecticut, Delaware, Hawaii, New Jersey, and Rhode Island combined.

The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) outlines a strategy aiming for 95% clean energy by 2035 and complete transition to 100% clean energy by 2050. According to the DOE's projections, achieving this goal entails doubling annual solar installations by 2025 and subsequently ramping up to 60GW per year until 2050. However, the U.S. only installed 26GW of solar capacity the following year, resulting in a total of 130GW of developed solar in the country.

CIG, alongside US Modules, is among the entities at the forefront of advancing large-scale utility solar farms in the U.S., contributing to the nation's aim of attaining 95% clean energy.
